UNITED MIGRATION (PVT) LTD ("we", "our", "us") provides professional services and digital products including visa consultancy, online courses, learning management system (LMS) access, and related digital materials. This Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and the process we follow.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Paid consultancy and visa support services.
  • Digital products and downloadable materials.
  • Online course enrollments and LMS subscriptions.
  • Any bundled packages combining the above services and products.

Key Principles

  • No refund after delivery or access: Once the customer has received the purchased service or product (including but not limited to rendered consultancy services, delivered documents, or granted access to digital content or LMS), we do not provide refunds.
  • Full refund if not delivered within promised period: If we fail to deliver the purchased product or service within the agreed or advertised timeframe, and the delay is not due to the customer’s actions or third-party delays specified at purchase, the full payment will be refunded without questioning.
  • Exceptions for defective or materially different delivery: If the delivered item is demonstrably defective, materially different to the description, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue or initiate a refund review.

What counts as “received”

For the purposes of this policy, an item or service is considered received when any of the following occurs:

  • You attend or participate in a scheduled consultancy call, workshop, or mentoring session.
  • You are provided with documents, visa application files, or deliverables by email, download link, or other delivery method.
  • Your account is granted access to an online course, modules, or LMS platform.
  • Digital goods are made available for download or streaming to your account or email address.

Non-Refundable Items (examples)

  • Any course enrollment or LMS subscription after access has been granted.
  • Digital downloads (e.g., e-books, templates) after delivery or a download link has been issued.
  • Consultancy fees for sessions already delivered.
  • Administrative fees and third-party costs already expended on behalf of the client (where disclosed).

Refund process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or call +94 11 272 0420 with your order reference, purchase date, and a clear reason for the refund request.
  2. Provide supporting documentation where relevant (screenshots, booking confirmations, proof of non-delivery, or correspondence).
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and begin an investigation.
  4. If a refund is approved under this policy, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Timing for receipt may vary depending on the payment provider.

Partial refunds and alternative remedies

Where appropriate, we may offer alternatives to a full refund, such as:

  • Extension of service or additional consultancy time at no extra charge.
  • Replacement digital materials or corrected deliverables.
  • Credit toward future services with an agreed validity period.

Consumer protections

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy where applicable. If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory local consumer protection law, that law will prevail.

Important: To avoid confusion, please review the delivery timeframe and access terms at the point of purchase. Where we specify a delivery or access date, that communicated timeframe governs the “promised period” referenced above.
